Return and Refund Details

Our return policy is 14 days, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@lavily-us.com. Items returned without a prior approved return request will not be accepted.

For returns (if applicable), the seller will refund all payments received from the consumer, excluding shipping costs, immediately and no later than 10 business days after receiving the return package. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Your payments, excluding shipping costs in accordance with our general terms, will be refunded immediately and no later than 10 business days after receiving the return package. The seller will process the refund using the same payment method the consumer used for the original transaction, unless the consumer explicitly agrees to a different arrangement. The consumer will not be charged fees for the refund.

Consumer Complaints – Defective Product

If the products you purchased turn out to be defective, you have the right to make a complaint.

Regarding the defect, you may request:

• Replacement of the item with one free of defects
• Correction of the defect
• Price reduction

You can submit a complaint within one year after discovering the defect, but the complaint period must not expire before the warranty period ends.

Your complaint will be processed within 14 days of receipt (response sent).

To ensure quick processing of your return, please confirm the return address with our customer service at support@lavily-us.com. Then, send the package by courier and provide us with the tracking number.
