What is your return policy?
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must have its original packaging and intact labels.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we have received and reviewed your return (approximately 5 business days), the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 business days.

What are your delivery times?
Once your order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days to process. After processing, delivery typically takes 8-10 business days. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with a personal tracking code to follow your package.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the US. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping.

What if my order is damaged during shipping?
If your order is damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at support@lavily-us.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the damage and determine if a replacement or refund is possible.
